This is an ‘opt-in’ mailing list, so after you have completed this form and clicked the Submit button you will receive an email asking you to confirm that you wish to receive email communications from Chesterfield Folk Club.  

This email will contain two links, one clearly marked Subscribe which you click to opt in to the mailing list and the other marked Unsubscribe which you can subsequently click at any time to opt out of the mailing list.  You are not on the list until you click the Subscribe link for the first time.

Privacy Policy

Chesterfield Folk Club will only hold your name and email address for the purpose of sending you our newsletter and useful announcements from time to time.  It will not disclose this information to any third party.  The electronic mailing list is maintained by our server using an opt in/out system and is not connected to any other information resource held by the club, including paper based and snail mail communications.  We take your privacy and the requirements of the Law very seriously.  If you have any concerns please contact the Chair person or the Webmaster.
