Steve Swallow
Steve Swallow is appearing as a solo artist at the Chesterfield Folk Club concert on April the 18th as part of the support for Joe and Ben Broughton.Steve is on the committee of the Chesterfield Folk Club, is part of it’s Sound Engineering team and also one of the Club’s better Photographers!Steve has played the guitar since he was a teenager and been in Folk, Gospel and Blues Bands before deciding that a good sense of humour, an ability to write amusing ditties, and an acoustic guitar was sufficient to enjoy himself around the Pubs and Clubs in Chesterfield. He has helped at the Attic Folk Club and with the Stainsby Festival as well as performing at the odd gig and singing competition in the area.
